Know Before You Go

Before Your Adventure

Everything you need to know before your adventure, from arrival and safety to fuel, cancellations, and vehicle-specific guidelines.

Before You Arrive

Arrival Time

Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your reservation for boarding. This allows enough time to complete the check-in process so you can begin your adventure without cutting into your rental time.

What to Bring

Bring a valid driver's license, the credit card used for your reservation, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, and any personal items you may need during your rental.

Waivers

Every participant must sign a waiver before the rental begins. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete their waiver.


UTV Rentals

Driver Requirements

The person signing the rental agreement and all authorized drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Any driver carrying a passenger under 18 must be at least 25 years old.

Passenger Requirements

All passengers must be able to sit safely with their back against the seat, keep both feet firmly planted on the floor, and hold on securely with both hands.

Where You Can Ride

Stay on approved trails and respect all posted signs, closures, and private property.

Helmets & Safety Equipment

Helmets and all required safety equipment are provided and must be worn at all times while operating or riding in the UTV. All drivers and passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew.

Riding without a guide? We recommend installing these trail-navigation apps before you arrive. They can help with route planning, location tracking, and navigating areas with limited cell service. Some features may require a subscription or free trial.

Boat Rentals

Before You Leave the Dock

Our team will review basic boat operation, navigation tips, and local boating guidelines before departure.

Operator Requirements

The person signing the rental agreement and all authorized boat operators must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Life Jackets

Required life jackets are provided with every rental and must be available for all passengers.

Operate Responsibly

Please observe no-wake zones, maintain safe distances from other boats and swimmers, and follow all Oklahoma boating regulations.

Jet Ski Rentals

Operator Requirements

The person signing the rental agreement and all authorized Jet Ski operators must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Passengers

Passengers should be able to hold on securely and follow all safety instructions while riding.

Ride Responsibly

Keep a safe distance from swimmers, docks, and other watercraft, and observe all no-wake and restricted areas.


Slingshot Rentals

Driver Requirements

The person signing the rental agreement and all authorized drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Any driver carrying a passenger under 18 must be at least 25 years old.

On-Road Use Only

Slingshots are designed for paved public roads and highways. Off-road driving is not permitted.

Safety Equipment

Helmets, eye protection, and all required safety equipment are provided and must be worn at all times while operating or riding in the Slingshot. Drivers and passengers must also wear their seat belts and follow all safety instructions provided by our crew.


Safety Guidelines

Follow Crew Instructions

Every driver, operator, and passenger must follow the safety briefing and instructions provided by the Rocks & Docks crew.

Use Equipment Responsibly

Operate all vehicles and watercraft responsibly, remain within approved riding or boating areas, and never operate rental equipment while impaired.

Report Problems Immediately

Stop using the equipment and contact Rocks & Docks immediately if you notice a warning light, unusual sound, mechanical concern, accident, or unsafe condition.

Alcohol & Drugs

Alcohol or drug use while operating any rental vehicle is strictly prohibited.


Fuel

All rental vehicles and watercraft leave with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

Slingshot Fuel

Slingshots must be refueled using 91-octane premium gasoline.

Verify Before Refueling

Guests are responsible for verifying the correct fuel type before refueling any rental vehicle or watercraft.


Reservation Changes & Weather

Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund, minus the 5% booking platform fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation are nonrefundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

Reservation Guarantee

Mechanical issues, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability. If Rocks & Docks must cancel your reservation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. You will never be penalized for a cancellation initiated by us.

Weather

Rentals operate rain or shine. Rocks & Docks may delay, reschedule, or cancel a rental when severe weather or unsafe conditions affect the experience.


Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the rental and the actions of all authorized drivers during your reservation. Treat the equipment with care and report any accident, damage, warning light, or mechanical concern immediately.


Damage

Damage Inspections

Your responsibility for physical damage is limited to the maximum selected through Adventure Assure. Liability and medical claims are handled directly through the insurance provider.

UTVs & Slingshots

Your responsibility for physical damage is limited to the maximum selected through Adventure Assure. Liability and medical claims are handled directly through the insurance provider.

Boats & Jet Skis

The renter is responsible for damage, including repairs, parts, and labor. Applicable charges may be placed on the credit card on file.

Accidents & Emergencies

Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 for injuries or emergencies. Then contact Rocks & Docks immediately at 918-937-9378. Failure to promptly report an accident or damage may result in additional charges.


Security Holds & Damage Protection

Boats & Jet Skis

A credit card authorization hold is required before the rental begins:

  • Boat: $1,000 authorization hold
  • Jet Ski: $500 authorization hold

The card must have enough available credit for the applicable hold.

UTVs & Slingshots

UTV and Slingshot rentals use Adventure Assure damage protection instead of a traditional fixed security hold. Every renter selects one of the following options.

Included Adventure Assure:

  • UTV physical damage maximum: $3,000
  • Slingshot physical damage maximum: $1,500
  • Loss of use and recovery: Capped at $750
  • Driver liability: Covers qualifying accidental injury or property damage to others, but not passengers or damage to the rental vehicle
  • Accident insurance: Up to $25,000 for qualifying accidental medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and other covered benefits

Upgraded Adventure Assure, $24

Reduces the renter’s maximum responsibility:

  • UTV physical damage maximum: $1,500
  • Slingshot physical damage maximum: $750
  • Loss of use and recovery: Capped at $250

Coverage, exclusions, and claim eligibility are subject to the complete Adventure Assure policy terms.
