Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are required at the moment. Walk-ins will be accepted once our storefront opens full time in Mid-May. We accept rental reservations online 24/7 or by phone during our business hours.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

You must be 21 or older to drive or to sign the rental agreement.
A person may only drive if he or she is disclosed on the rental agreement.
Passengers must be at least 3 years old.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes. All rentals require a $1,000 damage deposit.
Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All deposits must be made with a major credit card. Debit cards not accepted.

When does my rental time begin?

The rental period begins at the time you reserve. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation in order to complete waivers and checkout.
If you arrive at our office 30 minutes before your reservation time and leave after the scheduled time because of a hold up on our end, your time begins when you leave.
If you leave late because you did not arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time or if your group is late, your rental time begins at your reservation time.
We try to be as flexible as we can, but during peak summer months when we are sold out, we don't have a lot of options.

Can I ride the UTV on paved streets or roads?

Although our UTVs are not "street legal", the Town of Disney does have ordinances that allow UTVs to drive on designated roads within the town limits. Please read them carefully. Any moving violations you incur during rental are your responsibility.

Do we have to clean the UTV before returning it?

Be sure to clear the UTV of all garbage and personal items. In the event that trash is left in the vehicle, we will charge a fee. The UTV will be washed afterward. Off-roading means the UTV is going to get dirty. There will, however, be an additional charge if there is excessive mud on the vehicle.

How do I keep everyone safe during our adventure?

Even without considering the weather, riding in Disney's hills has its risks. There are no guardrails on trails, and there are often steep drops. In the past, Disney has experienced some fatalities. We believe that you can enjoy Disney's beauty safely if you adhere to a few common-sense rules.

We do not allow alcohol or drug consumption or possession before or during the use of our UTV.
All occupants are required to wear seat belts at all times.
Make sure you wear a helmet.
Be sure to obey the speed limit on the streets and slow down in the mountains.
You should not attempt aggressive maneuvers such as jumping, drifting, donuts, and racing. Make sure that all four wheels are on the ground.

Can my dog participate?

Absolutely! Most dogs enjoy riding and experiencing the great outdoors. We do not have doggie helmets, and you are responsible for the dog's safety while riding the UTV.

What else should I bring?

Here is a list of items you should bring with you on your trip:

Your mobile device with Maprika installed
Closed-toe shoes
Water
Sunscreen
Protective eye wear
A camera or binoculars (for viewing scenery and wildlife)
Fishing equipment and a license
Bluetooth Radio
Picnic lunch or snacks
Cooler - we have straps available.

What else do I need to know?

When plans change, we will gladly refund the full amount if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick up. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded.

You may pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Before departure, a damage deposit of $1,000 must be paid by credit card. If the UTV(s) are returned without damage, this authorization form will be destroyed.
Each participant must sign the Rental Agreement and Participant Release prior to the activity.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork and receive safety training.
There will be no refunds for early returns or inclement weather.

Can our party split the cost of the rental?

No. Only one person from your party needs to pay for an entire machine.

You may tell your friends or family to gather some cash and pay you back if you want to split the cost. Our system and our contract do not allow us to split the cost. You can think of it as renting a hotel room, car, or seat on a plane. It works just like that.

What if I damage a machine?

As a general rule, if you bend, break, or crack something, you buy it.

We'll be fair and honest with you. We ask that you do the same. Unlike other rental companies, we don't charge a hidden fee. We won't charge you for downtime or make-up charges. We are fair to you. We charge you what the cost is. There is no markup.
