Jet Skis
Rocks & Docks Jet Ski Rental Policies
Everything you need to know before your jetski rental on Grand Lake.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome, but jet skis are often one of our fastest-booking rentals, especially on weekends and peak summer days.
To guarantee availability, we strongly recommend reserving in advance online or by calling 918-937-9378.
Check-In
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to complete waivers, check-in, and receive your safety orientation.
- Jet skis go out clean, inspected, fueled, and lake-ready.
- Our crew will review proper operation, safety procedures, navigation tips, and Grand Lake rules before departure.
Driver (Operator) Requirements
To operate a jet ski, you must:
- Be 21 years or older
- Have a valid driver’s license, which must be presented at check-in
- No exceptions — if you cannot present your license, you will not be permitted to operate the jet ski and your rental fee will be forfeited
- Comply with all Oklahoma boating and personal watercraft laws, including any safety education requirements
Passenger Requirements
- All passengers must be listed on the rental agreement.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Passengers must be able to sit securely, hold on properly, and follow safety instructions.
Waivers (Yes — Everyone Must Sign)
Every person riding — including passengers and children — must have a signed waiver before departure.
Completing waivers ahead of time helps speed up check-in and gets you on the water faster.
Fuel Policy
All jet skis go out with a full tank of fuel. At the end of your rental, you have two options:
Option 1: We Refuel the Jet Ski (Most Convenient)
- Enjoy your full ride time without worrying about fuel stops.
- We refuel the jet ski after you return.
- A $30 convenience fee applies, plus the current market price of fuel.
- You’ll receive a photo of the fuel receipt for transparency.
- Fuel charges will be deducted from your authorization hold.
Option 2: Refuel Yourself
- If you do not select the refuel option, the jet ski must be returned with a full tank.
- Refueling must be done at Cedar Port Marina before returning.
Late Arrivals
Your rental time begins at the scheduled reservation time, not arrival time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time and do not qualify for refunds.
Rental Returns
- Jet skis must be returned on or before the scheduled end time.
- Late returns will incur additional charges.
- Please allow time for docking and post-rental inspection.
Cancellations
- Cancel 72+ hours before your reservation → full refund minus a 5% booking platform fee.
- Cancel within 72 hours → no refund.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability is not guaranteed.
Reservation Guarantee
While we make every effort to honor all reservations, mechanical issues, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability.
If Rocks & Docks must cancel your reservation:
- You may reschedule or
- Receive a full refund
You will never be penalized for cancellations initiated by us.
Safety Rules & On-Water Conduct
For the safety of everyone on Grand Lake:
